Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Scranton, Pennsylvania devote their lives to their vocation.  Some teach, others care for the sick and impoverished, some establish schools and safe havens for poor communities around the globe, but regardless of their vocation, all sisters serve completely.

Each IHM sister takes a vow of poverty.

They profess this vow so that they can give of themselves entirely to their ministry.  Many of these sisters are aging and now facing the reality of needing health care and a gentle place for life to come full circle.  This organization was formed by people like you who want to give back to the sisters who have given so much of themselves.
